Den danske forfatteren Mirian Due (født i 1982) skriver også salmer, blant annet til Kirkesangbogen fra 2017, som er et tillegg til Den danske salmebog. Hun har dessuten utgitt diktsamlingen “Telter i randen af et mørkt øje, sover i knitrende sengetøj” på det skandinaviske chapbook-forlaget AFV Press og dikt i en lang rekke danske og skandinaviske tidsskrifter. Hun er utdannet ved Forfatterskolen i København.

På SÅ festivalen vil Mirian Due lese fra sine dikt og salmer, assistert av musikeren og den prisbelønnede komponisten Mikael Rahbæk Andreasen.

Morning poetry with Mirian Due and Mikael Rahbæk Andreasen (DK)

Mirian Due (DK), b. 1982, author and psalmist; has written hymns for an addition to the Danish hymn book, which was published in 2017 under the name Kirkesangbogen. Mirian Due has together with Mikael Rahbek Andreasen (Kloster) the hymn duo Rahbek Due. She has also published the poetry collection at the Norwegian chapbook publisher AFV Press and poems in a large number of Danish and Scandinavian journals. She graduated from the Copenhagen School of Writers 2015.

At SÅ2022, Mirian Due will read from her poems and hymns, assisted by the musician and composer Mikael Rahbæk Andreasen.
